Returns Policy

Eligibility

Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged/Defective Orders: All damages to be reported within 7 calendar days from the date of order. We will offer you either a replacement order or a full refund. We will pay all shipping.

Shortage

All shortages to be reported within 7 calendar days from the date of order. We will ship out the shorted item ASAP.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, or custom reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom or special-order products

Opened cleaning or breakroom supplies

Clearence Items

Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping, then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We will provide return shipping labels on request; the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is the result of our error, we will pay all shipping costs.

Bulk & wholesale office supplies shipped factory direct will have a minimum 15% restocking fee applied.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection, less the shipping fee.

Standard Orders: A minimum of 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns.

Special Orders: A minimum of 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns.

 

Cancellations:

Innovate Supplies LLC uses a prompt and efficient processing system. Because of this, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once your order has been sent to our office, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
